Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy is strictly subject to the condition of the product upon delivery. Returns and refunds will only be accepted in the event that the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under the valid reasons described above.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an approved return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • It must retain all original tags (if applicable).

  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Delivery Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue on a priority basis and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Custom products or special orders (such as personalized items, custom designs, or engravings).

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to complete the return process for the approved item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
